ER was crazy busy but we waited only an hour. Dr listened to us about my CVS and even suggested a med to relax my stomach, he was the first to ever offer us relief so quickly. My nurse Delfina was so gentle and offered comfort as if it was her instinct to know what I needed. Great bedside skills! My Dr is great but today was a mess. I arrived at 8:30 for my 9am appt, was taken back to a room at 9 (wonderful) but then by 10:30 and 1/2 dressed in a cold room with the nurse telling me twice I was next but still no sign of her, I left. I specifically chose an early appt because I know times can be pushed back some as the day goes on and I don't mind 10-20 minutes of waiting, but 1-1/2 hours is a little ridiculous. Ugghhh...
Dr Regina is a great Dr. Everyone is so friendly.
Refreshing experience! The staff here were amazing. I am glad I chose this location. Dr. Arjuna has great beside manner.
