Everytime I try to call this office I can NEVER get through!! I listen to all the prompts, and when I select the number, nothing happens. It just keeps on talking and not acknowledging that I have selected a number. At the end of the prompts, the call is disconnected!! And this is not the only time this has happened when I have needed to call them. And I am getting VERY frustrated with this office with this ongoing issue!!!!
