I had a doctors appointment today and messed up and went in yesterday and they took me right in took my blood and I was out of there in 20 minutes. This place is awesome and the girls that behind the desk where they draw the blood are the best ever.
I have to commend the PET/CT techs at the Round Rock location for making what can be a hard and scary experience comfortable and actually pleasant. Chris, Samy, and James are amazing! Their light shines through! Chris is joyful and personable and so comforting. Samy and James answered all of my questions the day before when I called them and got me in and out of the PET scan so comfortably. Dr. Beth Hellerstedt is a great partner in my care at Texas Oncology Round Rock. She came highly recommended after I received life changing news. She has helped me make educated decisions about my long term care & took immediate action to diagnose and treat my issues. She and her nursing staff have been instrumental in navigating unknown territory and making sure I had the information I needed to make things easier on me and my family.
Dr Ashworth is amazing and very supportive, I live in Austin but I happily make the drive to see her. The nurses who attend for infusions are also incredible, thank you to Justin for your excellent care!
Great experience.. the appointment times were short and every showed great respect! Steve barman is great doctor, he listens and explains each and every thing in detail.
