The rudest front office staff in the world. I couldn’t recommend this office less. It’s very clear they much rather let people get sicker and go without answers than to help.

I appreciate the lab staff at TX Oncology Round Rock -they have always been kind, gentle, and professional during my visits. However, I am very disappointed with the appointment punctuality. I had appointments scheduled at 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM, but the doctor arrived 45 minutes and 1 hour late, respectively. Delays like this are very frustrating, especially for oncology patients who already have many appointments and commitments.
