My mom has been under the continuous care of Dr. Darren Kocs at Texas Oncology for the past 3 years and she feels very fortunate to be receiving treatment from him and his wonderful team during this difficult journey. His patience with answering our questions and his sense of humor helps put us at ease. We really feel that my mom is in great hands with Dr. Kocs and his team.
Became a patient December of 2024. Recently moved from different state before my diagnosis, so I knew nothing of any doctors in area. Pure luck to land with Dr Barman, but he’s truly a god send. My treatment can be complicated by other health issues, but I have gotten nothing but excellent care. Every specialist he’s recommended from pulmonologist to cardio thoracic surgeon has been as competent as Dr Barman. A joke the people at the front won't transfer you to scheduling but scheduling tells you that you can speak with them directly.
I had a doctors appointment today and messed up and went in yesterday and they took me right in took my blood and I was out of there in 20 minutes. This place is awesome and the girls that behind the desk where they draw the blood are the best ever.
I have to commend the PET/CT techs at the Round Rock location for making what can be a hard and scary experience comfortable and actually pleasant. Chris, Samy, and James are amazing! Their light shines through! Chris is joyful and personable and so comforting. Samy and James answered all of my questions the day before when I called them and got me in and out of the PET scan so comfortably.
