Been trying to reach out to them for months and get nobody. Manager is always busy and never returns calls. Emails do not get responded to. I'm reporting to Better Business Bureau next. They're modern day scam artists disguised as medical professionals. Do a quick google search y'all and look at all the 1 star reviews elsewhere. The D rated BBB reports and all the complaints all across Texas. Apparently they do everyone like they did me. Dishonest and not transparent with their billing. Get your credit cards ready. Extremely long wait time. No communication with the patient once they set you up in the room. Over an hour long wait before the doctor finally showed their face. Please let the patient know if you are running behind schedule, I would have rescheduled
The staff here is incredible...from the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted by the 2 sweetest ladies at the reception area. Dr. Cheema and Dr. Sejpal took such great care of my dad. The nurses and techs were also incredible. Taylor, Dr. Sejpal's nurse, was a definite bright spot each day. Amber in scheduling is a true angel and made our experience so much better. Hats off to Texas Oncology for having the best staff around.
Everyone seems to care about all the patients.
Terrible Experience – No Follow-Up This clinic is inside the very hospital that referred me, and the ER provider confirmed my reports and images were sent. I left multiple voicemails and even visited both Rockwall and Mesquite—no one would speak to me. After submitting everything twice, the only contact I got was a single call at 5:30 PM saying they needed “something else” when everything was already closed. Completely unprofessional and frustrating.
