If I could give NO STARS I WOULD… I work in the medical field at the front desk and the service I got today was terrible. The young lady at the front desk 5/7/25 (bright young lady with dread Loc’s) was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in and to her desk and I said good morning she DIDN’T respond AT ALL, nor did she look up from her computer to acknowledge me. Dr. Kanna has been my provider since April 2013 and she’s the best! She makes sure I have all my scans every year, checks on me and she’s now family. I can say she’s about healing her patients and not about money. Love you Dr. Kanna!!!

Normally I’d have no issues with them however, they called to notify that my mother’s medication was ready, so I left work early to get here. Arrived 5 minutes before the pharmacy closes and walked in to the gate down and pharmacist walking out the back door.
I cget an answer from the front desk to verify the address. The music for waiting was annoying.
