I am appalled. My Mom had an appt today. She lives 2.5 hours away from your facility, she's 78. She was coming to find out the treatment plan for the cancerous spots on her kidneys and had to wait 45 minutes for the appointment that told her nothing. You guys were not even prepared to see her. I was charged nearly EIGHT TIMES what I owed, even after I mentioned to the receptionist my coinsurance is only 10% and asked if the amount was right. Lo and behold, the EOB came through stating I owe a much, much smaller amount than I was charged. I have now been waiting TWO MONTHS for the refund and was told it could take THREE MONTHS for a refund. That is completely ridiculous. I'll write a separate review about how awful the specialist's office was, but for now I'll just issue you the warning to not let them charge you w... read more
