Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr Porter doesn’t rush me. Answers my questions and is helpful.
I,ve called numerous times with NO call back. Did speak with someone but went nowhere. It’s been over a month now, nothing. They needed some health records, well between them and my other Dr., again nothing. I said I have ALL my records you would need. Not good enough. NEVER RETURNS CALLS. Honestly, I don’t think the Drs. know if their staff are competent or not.
