Dr. Mazarudden is Absolutely The BEST Doctor in the Houston, TX area!!! My husband had stage 4 prostate cancer that metastasized after his primary care Dr. Overlooked his abnormal blood work, then took another month just to do a referral for insurance to pay for a specialist Dr. Visit! Thankfully it's now 2 years later and he's been in remission for a while with PSA undetectable! Praise God for sending Dr. Mazarudden he's been a Blessing!!!! Huge Thank you to Dr. Mazarudden and his Amazing staff!!!
I got over charged for 5 visits by the office, I am supposed to get a $800+ refund. After going through hoops and talking to many people some who told me it would be months to *maybe* get a refund *if* they got my insurance EOB in their system which could take up to THREE months. Even though I had insurance on the phone and a processed explanation of benefits they still were telling me they would hold MY money they over charged me with. Building has no working water fountains and office doesn’t have any way to purchase water.
I can not rave about this doctor or her staff enough. They are so responsive and kind. Dr. Brown is also so kind. After surgery she called to check on me multiple times even on new years eve. Norma was amazing got me scheduled in no time and prepared for my surgery. They took what was such a stressful event in my life and turned it into a positive experience. I do not think I would have handled the whole thing as well as I did if it wasn't for them. Thank you Doctor Brown and your staff.
