I have been trying to get an appointment for the last 3 weeks. They take all my information transfers me over twice and end up with the same result. " I am going to send over your information to the scheduler and the will give you a call" is what I am being told each time. It's been 3 weeks and I have call 4 times even letting them know my situation is a little urgent to prevent from having to get a blood transfusion and still nothing. Very disappointing so now have to look for someone new and I am a returning patient btw.
Very frustrated. I was scheduled for an appointment on 02/05/2026 at 12:30pm. Upon arrival the staff let me know they were running behind, which I was very appreciative of. I waited until 1:15pm (45mins passed my appointment time) I then informed staff I would need to reschedule, I was informed the next available appointment in the time frame that works for me was over a month out, because they like to double book. Dr. Mazarudden is Absolutely The BEST Doctor in the Houston, TX area!!! My husband had stage 4 prostate cancer that metastasized after his primary care Dr. Overlooked his abnormal blood work, then took another month just to do a referral for insurance to pay for a specialist Dr. Visit! Thankfully it's now 2 years later and he's been in remission for a while with PSA undetectable! Praise God for sending Dr. Mazarudden he's been a Blessing!!!! Huge Thank you to Dr. Mazarudden and his Amazing staff!!!
I got over charged for 5 visits by the office, I am supposed to get a $800+ refund. After going through hoops and talking to many people some who told me it would be months to *maybe* get a refund *if* they got my insurance EOB in their system which could take up to THREE months. Even though I had insurance on the phone and a processed explanation of benefits they still were telling me they would hold MY money they over charged me with.
