I transferred here from another TX oncology office that I'd been going to for years after a move. I figured the the quality of Doctors and services would be the same but I was wrong. It took weeks to get a call back from them after requesting the office transfer. I finally got an appointment and saw Dr. D'spain. I found him very arrogant. I am giving a 4-star review solely because of Dr. D'Spain. He was extremely informative, caring and patient. I do agree with the other reviews. Office staff are reflection of the clinic and this office staff is lacking. They all appear to dislike their jobs and dislike the patients.

Dr D Spain was very nice doctor and informative. Front desk and back desk were very rude in the way they talk to people. Seems controlling and stern. All we are is another patient with a number to them.

We have a family member going through the most difficult time of her life and the staff is the most uncaring, rudest (especially the receptionist) people she and her family has had to dealt with. If you don’t like your job or are uncaring FIND ANOTHER JOB. Show some compassion.
