I would not recommend Dr. D’Spain or his NP, Esther, at Texas Oncology in Granbury. Every single appointment seems to come with some kind of issue… whether it’s being overcharged, lab orders not being put in on time, or something else going wrong. It’s exhausting to constantly have to double-check everything. I transferred here from another TX oncology office that I'd been going to for years after a move. I figured the the quality of Doctors and services would be the same but I was wrong. It took weeks to get a call back from them after requesting the office transfer. I finally got an appointment and saw Dr. D'spain. I found him very arrogant. He immediately told me he didn't agree with my previous treatment plan and wouldn't do iron transfusions until both my iron and feritin levels were both below normal even if I was presentin... read more

I am giving a 4-star review solely because of Dr. D'Spain. He was extremely informative, caring and patient. I do agree with the other reviews. Office staff are reflection of the clinic and this office staff is lacking. They all appear to dislike their jobs and dislike the patients.

Dr D Spain was very nice doctor and informative. Front desk and back desk were very rude in the way they talk to people. Seems controlling and stern. All we are is another patient with a number to them.
