This is not a reflection on the actual office staff located at the Fredericksburg office! Texas Oncology is hiring cold heartless executioners to harass patients dealing with their health crisis about payment on the spot!! I Have insurance, as of the 1st they can't see it.. but Angie, apparently the supervisor in billing, coldly harassed me the entire 1 hour before my appointment! Their policy is not to bill? The staff is great, but the billing department has unresolved issues when it comes to co-pays and statements. I've called twice on two different co-pay issues, was promised a call back, did not receive said calls. Now they are calling me for bill collection even though the amount due is less than the co-pay they received on the day of my visit (four months ago!), but have not posted to my account. I shouldn't have to fight this battle once, let alone for each and every visit.

Hands down, the best oncology practice there is. Dr. Rieber and her entire staff are compassionate, competent, and professional.

They took wonderful care of my mother…it was a horrible ride and we all new the inevitable outcome but they made us as comfortable as possible. Thank you from all the family!!!
