My experience has been top notch. From the initial communication to my on going infusions. The entire staff has been excellent! Dr. Thomas is wonderful. The nurses are kind, compassionate and really want to know you as a person. I could not have asked for a better experience having to go through Cancer. You are not alone with Texas Oncology. Texas Oncology has been paramount in dealing with all of my health issues. They work hard to make sure they hear the concerns of the patients and to try and lift worries while working through their diagnosis and treatment.
The staff at Texas Oncology - Flower Mound is an incredible group of professionals. I don’t know how one maintains a cheerful and positive attitude in such a challenging environment, but they do it here. They are genuinely happy to see you and take every measure to ensure you have a positive experience. I highly recommend this team if you’re ever in the unfortunate situation of requiring oncology care. Really nice folks!
My experience with Texas Oncology has been nothing short of phenomenal. They made a difficult situation as easy as possible. Dr. B answered all of my questions and guided me through every step, and the nursing staff in the infusion room were extraordinary. These amazing people turned something as scary as chemo into a tolerable and even enjoyable experience. My biggest complaint is that I won't get to see them as often now that my treatments are done.
