I'm not a huge fan of this place because the staff in the ER is not very professional. When I go there for routine testing it is okay. If you need an ER visit I would recommend going to another hospital. I am not going to reach out to you because I have in the past and my concerns went unanswered. That is standard with Connally so I'm not surprised there was a response because this time the complaint is public. If you want to talk more you can get my contact info from my patient records.

The doctors and nurses took their time updating me on my father's health until I completely understood it, and followed up with multiple phone calls. I really appreciated that they initially called me 3 times in a row to make sure to get a hold of me. Chaplin Birdie went above and beyond by staying half a day with my father and coming in, after midnight, after my father passed away. I also got a veterans flag ceremony at 2 am.

Went to ER on 03/30/2026 My husband was having arm pain and high blood pressure , the Doctor on staff that night was not good at all she just listened to his back took two deep breaths and told us he had the Flu or Covid and to follow up with PCP the next day , she did not check him for covid or the Flu.
