Why would a dr treat cancer patients from Oklahoma when he is not permitted to sign a death certificate for that patient? This should be disclosed to his out of state patients. There should also be somebody that can do this for the families who lose their loved ones after a battle on cancer. Nobody should have to wait for weeks to be able to lay to rest loved ones! It’s absurd
