Your Hygenist Teresa, was the first one whom I had extensive contact with that morning. She was patient, kind and very, very good at her "craft". I felt my gums/teeth were thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next 6 months. Yes, I will be coming back to see her as well as continuing with the rest of my dental care.
Office staff was friendly and upbeat. Emilie greeted and seated me right away, and answered all my billing/insurance questions with a smile. The dental hygienist was thorough and professional, putting me at ease by explaining each step of the process as she assessed my dental needs, obtained xrays, and performed the cleaning. Dr. Jenson was also very thorough and recommended that I replace a cracked filling and an ill-fitting crown. I will be returning next week to have that work done. All of the Doctor's were super friendly and helpful! They do a great job.
The front desk personnel need to be more cognizant of their conversations. They can be clearly heard in the waiting area. No one else was in the area with me - however, I heard distinctly my wife's social security number being provided to MetLife. I thank those types of conversations need to be a bit more discrete.
Goggles - sometimes the water, etc splashed into my eyes.
