Worst experience at a doctor's office ever. The receptionist is the ONLY halfway bright spot. She was nice. Dr. Gill was very rude, unprepared, and arrogant. After waiting for almost an hour in the waiting room, granted, they were busy, we sat in the exam room another 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, my mother, who we were there for our first visit with an oncologist after learning the week before that she had stage 4, was in terrible pain and got weaker and wear. Told they take my insurance. Had an appointment. I like the Dr and the nurse . I was there 20 min. Then I get home and they are billing me the whole amount. Over 600 dollars. They are exactly the corrupt medical system that every patient despises.
Trying to get an appointment for my 91 year old grandmother before she dies has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. They will not respond or help expedite. Good luck getting an appointment. It's CLEARLY a money game for them. Good luck getting in before it's too late.
