This place is super unprofessional. Long wait times. Rude staff at front. Obnoxious check in process. Would not recommend.

We arrived 45min early for our mother’s appointment. She was given paperwork to fill out, completed it and went back to the front desk where she was told to hold onto her paperwork to give to the doctor. An hour and half go by and the lady next to us says she’s been waiting over an hour, went to ask the front desk ladies why, and they “forgot” to check her in.. It took a while for me to feel comfortable with the clinic and their staff, but now I trust them. Their chemotherapy infusion team are outstanding. The nurses are on their game every time, and they do everything they can to make a long 8 hour day at the clinic as comfortable & easy as they can.

I had an appt set up to see the doctor for the first time. They told me to come in 10-15 mins before the appt. Showed up at 10:40 for my 11am appt. Waited for an hour....after 30 mins the receptionist told me they were waiting for a room to become available. Another 30 minutes went by and I asked to be reimbursed for the copay and have my appt canceled. Wasted 1.5 hour of my time in the middle of the work day not to mention hours of filling up the information prior to the appt. I called my family doctor and requested a refer... read more
