Dr Levy is caring and attends to my needs as a cancer patient. All the staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sammons Cancer Center to anyone needing oncology treatment and care.
Was in with someone else today. Called very quickly to take care of some personal business. Front desk literally started screaming at me at least 100 times louder than my quiet phone call. If it had been up to me, I'd have left. No employee ever should be allowed to publicly humiliate anyone. God forbid cancer patients or their families ever need to do anything else after having the appointmentchanged several times in 24 hrs. The employees are rough, foul mouthed, and don’t respect privacy. They also have no concept of consent. Avoid at all costs.
I've been coming here for many years and I've always had nothing but a great a experience everytime.
