Staff is Clueless – This is the second time that an appointment has been scheduled for my daughter to go in and have blood drawn and we have waited for over and hour (while being told by the front desk that they would be with us soon!) only to be told later that we were not on the books and they were too busy to draw her blood. Once is annoying but twice makes me think they have some real idiots running the place! Alarmist, Judgemental, Poor bedside manner – If you think you may have cancer, this is not the doctor who will make you feel safe or hopeful or leave feeling like you have any idea what you will do with a new diagnosis. I am a doctor myself and will never treat a patient as she has treated me and my family. Her negative comments come very obliquely at you at a time where you need to 1) wait for the test results before assuming something is malignant and 2)believe that you can get through any diagnosis versus the doctor telli... read more

Go someplace else - like MD Anderson in Houston - STAY AWAY!!!! – Stay away from this place, particularly Dr. Kasper and more importantly Dr. Patt! Dr. Patt is better at staying at home having babies than taking care of patients. Dr. Patt has literally crippled my mom due to her carelessness! Their nurses are awful as well! Dr. Patt's nurse "Sharon" needs to be working at Walmart and not trying to "pretend" she is even her a nurse! Worst communication! They don't care!!! You are just a number and a paycheck!
