I had ptosis surgery and laser resurfacing September 2016. The aftermath was gruesome, to say the least. I somehow got a staff infection. The doctor told me, "It was nothing you did!" No kidding. I can only wonder what happened with the laser. It took months and lots of meds to finally get to a somewhat normal looking face again. The surgery wasn't what I'd hope for either. Surgery for drooping eyelid required raising the eyelid as well as raising the eyebrow, and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. Eyesight has been improved greatly without having to squint or look thru my eyelashes. Had to get pre approval for the brow lift and Dori and staff did what was necessary to get insurance approval. Great job!! Dr. Shore's skill and experience showed in the excellent final results, and would HIGHLY recommend his expertise!
I have gone to TOC twice - about two years ago because of an ingrown lower eyelid and last week because of a sty on my eyelid. In both cases Dr. Shore did a superb job of dealing with my condition. He and his colleagues were prompt, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires this type of surgery.
