I have had numerous appointments here and have come along way in my nutrition journey thanks to Brenda. She is always sweet and friendly and gives a great email full of what was discussed during the appointment afterwards to help you remember.

I have talked with Brenda from Texas Nutrition Consultants about 4 times since I started my journey with GPL1. I have learned so much from her good and bad. She is teaching me how to eat in a healthy way and enjoy it. I love how I get a email after our visit with all the highlights of our visit. I always look forward to our next visit.
