Always a pleasure doing business with Texas Nissan Grapevine. I had my car i bought from them towed in. The were great with diagnosis and repair. Turns out it was a recall. I have bought 2 cars from them and had great service with them each time.
I had a great experience at Texas Nissan service this past Friday thanks to Mr. Cotton. He was friendly, funny, and clearly knew his stuff, which made the whole process easy as this was my firsttime havingmy vehicle serviced at this location. He showed me to a clean, quiet waiting area and told me the scheduled maintenance would take about an houror so—and he was right on the mark. It’s refreshing to get service that’s honest, professional and personable like that.
My sales person Felix was very attentive and helped me to understand my options. Great experience.
Cotton was the best, I just went in for an oil change. He made sure all the recalls were checked. Everything was done in a timely manner.
