Dr. Bidiwala and his team are the best! I've had many 'ectomy surgeries in my life with many different surgeons/Dallas hospitals. This team from beginning to end were professional, kind, attentive, and gracious. When you hear "back surgery" it is frightening and uncertain. I called their office asking them to look into it, and they stonewalled me and were not even willing to give me an email address to send the screenshots of their own website to. I had dealt with back ,leg , and feet pain for 3+ years that was getting progressively worse . I visited a Vein Specialist and wore compression socks for a couple of years . Vein specialist discovered bi-lateral nerve damage . Imaging reviewed a slip disc , fractures in spine , vertebra damage , and need of screws and rods . The review is for Dr. Barnett. He performed disk surgery November 2022. After surgery I communicated with the nurse practitioner letting her know my back was better but very stiff and still painful and I still had sciatica pain going down my left leg from the lower back even after the surgery. I first met Dr. Bidiwala when I was in excruciating back and leg pain. He was so kind, compassionate, and very easy to communicate with. He took plenty of time with me and fully explained the procedure necessary to relieve my pain. My surgery went well and Dr. Bidiwala visited me everyday in the hospital and again took plenty of time with my family and me. His staff is amazing as well.
