Liked this place at the beginning but then later I hated it, they didn’t want to continue my treatment even when I offered to pay cash since they don’t accept insurance. I’m not good and once I finished the 12 seasons they just forgot about me. Looks like any other clinic all they care is money. Since my first treatment was they a letter of protection I’m sure they’ll get more than 50 per session with me.
Super friendly scheduling staff. Easy to schedule appointments.
The absolute worst “professional “ office to ever deal with is this office right here! The absolutely never answer the phones and when they do it’s with an attitude. Not sure if they want to test the patients from the gecko or what but this office in unprofessional to the extreme not sure how they are in business.
The doctor was great!! However Fernanda (how ever you spell it) was completely awful to deal with at the front, terrible miscommunication with insurance issues and awful front desk manners. There's a difference between work attitude and being professional, and off work attitude and being unprofessional, in which she obviously did not know the difference.
