You can’t ask for a better escrow officer than Angel! He is knowledgeable, personable and goes the extra mile. He ensures everything stays on track, the ball doesn’t get dropped and that every customer feels like they are his only customer. Highly recommend Angel and his team!
We used this title company recently for a refi with cash out needed to payoff debt. Weeks later we still did not receive the checks so my husband called to inquire about it. Not only did the closer refuse to take his calls or return them but his assistant was incredibly rude and dismissive. I worked for a title company for years and no one would've ever spoken to or treated a customer the way they did.
