Not the best closing experience I've had. They kept coming back with more and more requirements instead of listing them up front like I asked. They even asked our attorney who prepared a POA to write a letter confirming the principal was competent. Our attorney said she'd never seen anything like it. They couldn't wire the some of funds for some reason and made us come pick up a check. They often acted confused as to who was attending the closing. I would not recommend them.
Total professional operation. Angel and his team were on top of everything. Highly recommend them!
