Terrible service!! I have been calling the phone number for claims prior to 2018 and no one answers. I have called for months now and I always get hung up on. When they finally decide to answer they just take my information and tell me they will call me back and I have never received a call back…
My son was injured in September. Did not receive a medical referral until October. He has been unable to work since then. Hasn't received a dime from being off and Kathryn his adjuster isn't responding to messages concerning his claim. Literally this company is terrible!

I'm very disappointed with the level of care I'm recieving and how my case is being handled. I'm constantly lied to by the adjuster(PhyllisCartwright),therapists and physicians at Concentra. The treating doctor at (Concentra)constantly lied about my progress and injuries. As a result a designated doctor disagreed and suggested further treatment,which I have yet to receive(60 plus days later) which was outlined by him.
