A Insurance company so horrible that the State of Texas had to create new laws to protect first responders due to their lack of care for wounded and injured first responders. Absolutely horrendous with workers compensation for injured and wounded first responders. I really wonder how people who work here live with themselves. If you work for a city or county that uses TML I'd stay far away, and if you get injured good luck. 8 months to get Neurology after a TBI and being shot, 9 months to get a Mental Health referral.
