On my first visit (to establish primary care) they charged my card $200 for a co-pay. I never saw a dr. I only saw a nurse practitioner. When l left, l called my insurance company to question the $200. They informed me that my co-pay is $40. They CALLED the Dr office with me on the phone. The Dr office said they were going to refund my card and call me the next business day. (They did neither). A week later l checked in for my follow up appointment and they told me it would be $125.
