Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a broker or lender. Having been a loan officer myself, and now a real estate agent, this was the worst customer service I have come across in a long while. I was not able to get my questions answered and after a month of submitting documents and providing exactly what I was asked for, I cannot get the principal broker to respond to my emails with any explanation about what suddenly did not work on the file sent in.
