I see everyone has the same problem as I do with these people my credit got messed up because of them now I'm having to start my credit backup because of them smh 🤦♂️🤦♂️

I paid my bill in full according to what insurance stated I owed. Now they are stating they didn’t get my insurance, despite sending a claim months ago. I am getting balanced billed and threatened with collections, even though this goes against the No Surprises Act. They are blaming a system issue, but given other reviews, this seems to be their usual tactic.
This is absolutely insane, they put $1651 on my credit and I have no idea why. I’m a veteran and a nurse so all my visits to anywhere is paid for already. My job is pays for any lab work needed. This place is running a MAJOR scam!
Unfortunately it looks like i am having similar billing issues to others here. "Conveniently" didn't bill correctly through our insurance before sending us bills. I have had to pay over $1600 to "avoid collections" and spend months trying to get them to correctly bill insurance, and then still won't auto issue a refund before i submit a claim to their billing department, and then wait another 8 weeks for the refund (if it comes through - this is what i am being told at the end of June).
