Unfortunately it looks like i am having similar billing issues to others here. "Conveniently" didn't bill correctly through our insurance before sending us bills. I have had to pay over $1600 to "avoid collections" and spend months trying to get them to correctly bill insurance, and then still won't auto issue a refund before i submit a claim to their billing department, and then wait another 8 weeks for the refund (if it comes through - this is what i am being told at the end of June). I have read so many of the reviews you all have left. I have had the EXACT same issue happen with me. I don’t REMEMBER ever seeing a Doctor in Ft. Worth. I had decided to leave it on my credit report, and not do anything about it. I wonder if we all got together and built a class action lawsuit against them???? All of our balances are right around that $1500 range. Something needs to happen and this needs to stop!!!!
These people are crooks, put a $1176 on my credit thru united revenue without no statement or anything! I have disputed it twice & they refuse to remove it & will not let me dispute again. My credit scores are in the 840's on equifax & transunoin 743 experian due to these crooks! Either pay it or hire an attorney which can be alot more expensive! So the got ya!
