Do not recommend this place. My dad had his study at this place & Mohamed was on duty last night was so rough for no reason. There was 2 other patients for just 1 tech/nurse. He put cream all over my dad’s head so rough to the point his skin was red & you could hear the scraping while he was rubbing it in. My dad was given a thin blanket & woken up at 4am just to tell him he was done & sent him on his way. First off, the staff were very kind and helpful. This review is separate from the care they provided, which was lovely. This facility felt bare bones and like an afterthought. Small things would go a very long way in making patients comfortable, not to mention matching the online description. The room I was in was converted from a X-ray room, so the door was massive and heavy. The room didn’t have a table, nightstand or literally anything other than one chair and the bed. I had a terrible experience during my sleep study. The AC didn't work throughout the night, making it incredibly uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. I'm concerned that the inaccurate conditions may have skewed the results, rendering them unreliable. Disappointing and frustrating.
