My son had a sleep study done there, they told him that they did not file on insurance because insurance would not pay. He had to pay 600 bucks up front before he could even get scheduled. But then after he paid, he received another call asking for insurance information. To this day, nothing has been filed on the insurance for this service and we can’t get anyone from billing on the phone to discuss this matter. I showed up at 8:45 pm for my scheduled appointment. After waiting for 45 minutes, outside, with multiple calls to the after-hours operators, I found out my appointment was rescheduled. Nobody let me know....I even called earlier in the day to ask what I needed to bring and it wasn't mentioned.

I had sleep testing was nervous about the process the staff from the start made everything easy explained the process and got me schedule for testing the same week the night staff was very caring and took the time I needed to go over the hook up I would definitely recommend this company
