I highly question the reliability of this at home “sleep study “… essentially paid out of pocket $275 for a 50 buck pulse oximeter! This “sleep study “ had no CO2/respiratory detector, no chest belt for rise and fall of chest during sleep. Oxygen saturation is a latent indicator of hypoxia… a VERY POOR “study”. Great place & nice room for testing. Big problem, hard to get results. Was told 2 wks, but has been over 6 wks & many phone calls and still no results.

My son had a sleep study done there, they told him that they did not file on insurance because insurance would not pay. He had to pay 600 bucks up front before he could even get scheduled. But then after he paid, he received another call asking for insurance information. To this day, nothing has been filed on the insurance for this service and we can’t get anyone from billing on the phone to discuss this matter. If I do get someone on the phone, they reassure me it’s been filed with insurance. But my insurance company states... read more
