I had the most amazing experience they actually care
Good place
Their customer service is awful once you get past the initial consult. I specifically asked for a wrist monitor as I have hand arthritis. They sent me the finger monitor. And this was only after I paid the bill, which was not correct and now chasing down a refund. When you call their main number you are sent to voicemail. I have not received a call back. And since completing the study, two people have called asking to set up my sleep study. When I pushed back with a complaint, I had a very rude woman speak over me and refuse... read more
They'll take your money and tell you have sleep apnea but not give you the machine or let you buy the machine because they don't know how to communicate with the other company that you took a test with all just a big scam been waiting over a year for my machine now
