Everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. The front desk girl complimented my nails, the MA back office checked on me numerous times and the NP was extremely sweet and knowledgeable as well. She sent in prescriptions for me tonight and recommended me a lot of OTC stuff since what I have is viral. I hope I don’t have to return but if I did I would in a heartbeat. I don’t remember her name but thank you blond front desk girl, NP Ola, and Aly the office manager. <3
Worst experience ever. Checked in online at New Caney Location. Had no clue there were 2 New Caney Locations. No where on the confirmation emails did it say which location so I went to the location I always go to but evidentially it was the wrong one. There is no way to talk to anyone on the phone to find out where to go. No one stayed at the front desk to talk to either. They just hand you a tablet and say fill this out and walk away. So furious right now. This was completely unacceptable.
This location and its employees were wonderful. I was in and out in under an hour, x ray included!
