Computer firmly jammed in face at very first call. I don't do business with COMPUTERS.
Made an appointment for 12:15 for some ear pain I had for a few days. Appointment was accepted and scheduled. Walked in at 12: 05 and was informed by the receptionist that the provider had called out. So I asked if they were seeing patients and she said no. Why would they wait until I actually walk in to tell me this I had scheduled the appointment at around 8am to go there on my lunch break. What a waste of time. Extremely disappointment in this establishment.
The ladies (Doc too!) were great. They were and are real people. They don’t treat you like you’re a number. I recommend the facility for your needs, especially when you can’t get into your PCP!!!

Great experience! Front desk, our nurse and NP Emily were all wonderful. I was nervous bringing my 13month old for an urgent care visit vs waiting to take her to the pediatrician but I’m glad I decided to come in. NP Emily was extremely kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back if any member of my family needs an urgent care visit!
