I was really pleased with the NP Stacey Youngblood who saw my daughter this morning. She was friendly, very competent and straightforward and assessed my daughter’s ear infection exactly how I hoped she would. One of the best I have seen at an urgent care facility. Thank you!!
We had a great experience! I brought my 19 month old in for ear pain and runny nose and everyone was so sweet to my boy. Emma listened to all of my concerns and we were in and out in a timely manner and got my boy all fixed up! The facility is clean, easy check in process, and friendly staff.
Made an appointment at 5 to be seen at 5:45 and when I showed up they told me no one could see me because they wouldn’t have a provider for 3 days. Was told to go to the ER. Why was I not notified prior that no one could help?? Also if no one could help anyone in office then why even be open?? Completely unprofessional.
Great service. First day of HCA taking over and it was busy but everyone was so nice. Monica has a great team.
