Very friendly and helpful. It took 2 hours waiting for a script of antibiotics for tonsillitis. I was miserable waiting. Only one person ahead of me.🥺
I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The provider listened carefully to my concerns and made sure I understood the treatment plan. I was seen quickly and felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this clinic.
It was almost closing time when I entered the clinic. I was highly dehydrated and was in need of an IV. The staff was very patient, understanding and concerned about my health. They stayed over time and I was given I V fluid's. They stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was taken of. I appreciate the fact that they stayed late to ensure my well being… Thank you to the staff members at the Lockhart Urgent Care facility.
