Don't bother. The kind of urgent care that gives them all bad reputations. GOOD Experience not here - Yesterday I went to CareNow clinic in Kyle at 135 Bunton Creek Rd. Got on the virtual waitlist, did the forms before, then got there at 11:45 to a packed waiting room. Due to my symptoms (strep) they asked me to wear a mask - great, no problem. I was then seen within 5 min of my waitlist time, went in the back, they did the strep swab, and 5 min later I heard a timer go off outside and 2 min after that the doctor came in and... read more
Terrible service. A simple physical exam took nearly two hours, and they kept us shut in the exam room for over an hour waiting to be seen.
Dr. Bhusal, Marissa and Jackie actually made going to the doctor office such a pleasant experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles, the assistant and the dr were very patient and addressed my concerns and took their time to answer my questions. Never did I feel rushed like most offices! Thank you ladies for being amazing!!!!
