They have recently been taken over by another company and it’s not for the better. Prior to the change I had been here a few times and the wait times were minor and always felt I received good care and follow up. I made an appointment at 9:30am and by 11am I had yet to be seen by a doctor. Sorry not gonna be held hostage, there are other places to go.
Paid my copay and waited over an hour. Dr came in and said we do not do corn removals. I wish they would have told me that before I paid. They refused to refund it. No empathy. There was no service provided and yet they can not issue a refund. Front desk claimed there was a consultation but there was not. Saw the dr for less than a minute. I will be disputing the charge once it posts.
The easiest appointment I have ever made! Booked online, checked in and was in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor was exceptional! I felt heard, seen and well taken care of!!!
Just left the clinic for my visit, had a horrific cough. I wish I remembered to write the staff names down but I felt so unwell. The staff from front to back and the doctor were so amazing and so nice! The doctor gave such a thorough asssesment, was so friendly and explained treatment and everything to me clearly. The staff was just as amazing as him, so courteous! I am so thankful I came today, I definetely wanted to give thm the recogniton they deserve! Will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know!
