I had a few extractions with bone grafts done in 2020 and it was by far the most pleasant dental surgery that I've had. However, what really impressed me was that I urgently needed my records before my dentist would move forward with my procedure in 2 days. I emailed them the request, and in less than 5 minutes they sent me my records!! My dentist wanted more info so I had to make an appt with Dr. Duraini to get the sign off..and they were able to fit me in the next day. I fabulous customer service!
One of the best experiences I've had at the Dentist.
