Very professional and kind care from everyone in office. Thorough assessments and plan of care explained to my understanding. So glad to have met this entire office and MD.
My child was in severe pain and I tried to get help for 2 days with different dentist offices. I contacted Texas Maxillofacial and they were so helpful and their customer service was superb! They cared so much they called me and asked me to bring in my kid immediately to assist with getting him better. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I 100% recommend this place for your dental needs!
Dr Duraini & his staff were nothing short of exceptional! I had an emergency dental situation (broken tooth, enormous amount of pain), and I called at 7:45am. They had me in for an exam that day and then the next day after that they had me in surgery. The greatest experience with one of the worst dental issues, that they took care of like I was family. This office is the greatest, from the top down! I'm so very appreciative of Dr. Duraini, Christy, Taryn, (I hope I spelled their names correctly) all of them!
Highly recommend. My son had a face injury and they were able to get him seen in their office the next day. The staff and doctor are very caring and attentive.
Office staff is incredibly rude and they don’t communicate whatsoever. Dr Duraini nearly performed a surgery that he himself said I didn’t need. I had to remind him, 15 minutes before surgery, that he said it was unnecessary. A $2000 out of pocket surgery at that. Lo and behold he suddenly remembered after looking at my xray. You’d think he would’ve put that in his notes but apparently not? Like I said, no communication, no notes, no effort, nothing.
