Terrible service. Had a ticket taken possession and sent to security because of some extremely minor bs. Now they’re just holding it indefinitely. No response. Told to leave voicemails. Will not be buying anymore tickets and will refuse them as gifts from people. Feels like a complete scam. Be sure you find out who’s working that day and that you follow whatever made up rules they decide to enforce that day. Would never recommend. 5/9 - 3 months later and no updates. Still waiting. Zero star review after reading the current legal investigations. I hope that the Texas Lottery Commission completely shut down due to the jackpot corruptions and refund the monies back to all the lottery players that were hoping to win big because they are the working low-income households, elderly or homeless. The lottery winnings should be shared with Texas players in various cities- integrity. Shame on you TLC for allowing the online jackpot couriers to allegedly cheat the local Texans that purchase tickets in person. All... read more
