Does anybody have an update on these guys? Like a lot of other people, we got defrauded on a fan we purchased & never received, May 2008. I gather that there was a restraining order/injunction in place to prevent them from removing items from S. Congress store. Any additional info appreciated. (Obviously, even one star is totally ridiculous here...)
I already paid for new parts and installation of them on a \$800.00 fan I purchased 5 years ago. Now they wont answer the phone or call me back. I tried 6 different extensions and all went into voicemail. We had poor customer service when we built our house using them through the builder and it hasent gotten any better over thw last 5 years. Ill have to go to the store now and find teh person I dealt with [Becky] to get my money back

Beware! There is a sign on the door of the location on Congress that they are "closed for remodeling" but another sign that tells individuals to get in touch with a detective who is investigating people who had paid for lights, etc but did not receive them! We are one of those customers. Paid in full for light fixtures a month ago for a remodel and could not fugure out why they were not answering their phone or returning calls after multiple messages! BEWARE!!!!

I agree with other rating poster. They have very poor customer service. I called to order a lamp. Was told it would have to be a special order. Waited two weeks, called them to check on status, was told it would be another 6 weeks! Sales person never bothered to call me. They closed their Parmer store, I live in Round Rock. I will never use them again.

I was in the store for at least an hour looking at a few ceiling fans - no one greeted me or offered to help. I drove in from Georgetown to check out this store -- I am very disappointed with the customer service. The ceiling fan selection was ok. I wont be purchasing from this business.
