I would not recommend this company at all for any services. A client of mine had a past survey that was completed by this company and we simple asked for the copy of the seal Copy. Not only were they extremely rude they also tried requesting more money to re do a survey they had already done. They have horrible communication and customer service skills. After reading further reviews seems like an ongoing problem. Rude; aggressive and not willing to help.

Please avoid this organization. The owner, Lawrence has been incredibly rude and we certainly won’t be using them. Lawrence, if you’d like to justify your lack of professionalism and manners in a response based on your time in business, please do so. It seems that you’ve failed to understand the power of reviews and how they guide consumer behavior. The comments from other reviewers all point to a similar pattern of behavior that we won’t tolerate and I’d urge others not to either.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, rude, unorganized, unhinged individual than the owner of this company. Do not use. They went and did field work on our property before we gave them the go ahead. I had no problem paying the invoice for the work performed, but when I simply mentioned that I wished you would've reviewed emails of our conversation and communicated so.
