Please avoid this organization. The owner, Lawrence has been incredibly rude and we certainly won’t be using them. Lawrence, if you’d like to justify your lack of professionalism and manners in a response based on your time in business, please do so. It seems that you’ve failed to understand the power of reviews and how they guide consumer behavior. The comments from other reviewers all point to a similar pattern of behavior that we won’t tolerate and I’d urge others not to either.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, rude, unorganized, unhinged individual than the owner of this company. Do not use. They went and did field work on our property before we gave them the go ahead. I had no problem paying the invoice for the work performed, but when I simply mentioned that I wished you would've reviewed emails of our conversation and communicated so. I've used this company a few times. I've always tolerated Lawrence unprofessionalism and rudeness. The last survey I paid for and he insisted I didn't so I paid again to save an argument. He sent me the same bill again six months later threatening to send me to an attorney. He is very rude and unprofessional and he definitely need to hire an accountant to help with his billing problems. Just fyi he isn't the only person that can give you a survey in Galveston.
