I had an excellent experience with TEXAS LAND MAPS; they are very professional and efficient. They explain all the steps and they give you timelines. Matt has many years of experience on difficult cases. After working with South Texas Surveying and his team I had to change to Matt since they really did not have the experience waste lots of money and time. I WHISHED I WENT DIRECTLY TO MATT AND HIS TEAM. if you want GOOD results go to Matt do not waste time and money.
