I’m livid. Waiting time is ridiculous. My 4 year old kid needed to fast for 8 hours for an appointment at 12. He hasn’t eaten since 10 pm. It’s currently 2:15 pm and still have not been called. Only update I get is if I go up to ask. My poor kid is going on 16+ hours with no food, 5+ hours with no liquids. These doctors need to be more considerate when scheduling. Haven’t even received an apology for the inconvenience.
five stars always! I have been taking my kids for four years now and the staff is always very nice. If theres a procedure to make they make they explain it .The dentist are patient with them. The place is always so clean too. As a mom of a 3yo and 4yo dentist can be scary and with them is always a fun experience!
