I like Dr Kumar been seeing him for about 5 years now. He doesn’t throw the book at you like some Drs do the only problem that I have is he doesn’t spend enough time with you . He doesn’t make you do anything you don’t want to do. So far I have had good visits with him.

Dr Kumar is a top rated US News doc, and I had my first appointment with him today. He is analytical, asking questions to diagnose the best course of action for my treatment. I was very impressed with his preparation and knowledge, and look forward to working with him to get my kidney issues under control ASAP. The office staff is excellent, if you go to the office. I accompanied my mother to see Dr. Sumit Kumar, and what we experienced was one of the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and upsetting medical encounters I have ever witnessed. Watching my mother, someone already in a vulnerable position seeking care and answers, be treated with such coldness, condescension, and complete disregard by Dr. Sumit Kumar was both infuriating and heartbreaking.
