The experience with the Professional and employees was great. I can't say the same for the portal, helow is probably the worst portal for inputing information, completing pre appointment requests, well most anything, not just with YOUR practice but all others that are using it. Just a suggesstion, Navigating Care is the best I have found....matches your Doctors and office.
As always my visits with Dr. Surachit Kumar are a great experience and opportunity for me to become more involved and knowledgeable in my plan of care regarding my CKD and best practices for managing it.
Appointments are timely and I like Dr Kumar
They are always very friendly upon my arrival and very quick to get me signed in. The wait to see the doctor is normally a very short time frame.
