I'm responding to Carolyn Haldeman's review.What she went through exactly happened at their plano office... to me.. I brought in x-rays. <3 weeks old plus a lot of other information. It sat in a Manila envelope. And never moved from the front desk time that I paid my copay until they call me back for an X-ray." I don't need an X-ray. I brought you a CD of x-rays <3 weeks old." I gave this office paperwork for my disability the lady that handles disability forms for the Dallas office. Stated she would do the paperwork it has been over a month and she has not gotten the paperwork completed. I reached out to her per email. No response. When I made the trip to the Dallas office she told me my PCP has to do the paperwork but I explained to her that the PCP still will have to communicate with her office about the procedure. I visited Texas Joint Institute - Dallas because I have broken in my foot, and my appointment was with Dr. James Ryan's. He is caring, knowledgeable and awesome and he is very professional, he takes care of his patients. he really listens, thinks about what you have said and then he goes about solving. Dr. James Ryan's is an excellent doctor, and his office staff are very nice and professional as well. Finally, I highly recommend Dr. James Ryan's and Texas Joint Institute - Dallas.
