I wish we had read the reviews before we contacted this company! Scott has done exactly the same thing to us as he did to the other reviewers. After he got our money, we can't reach him. He told us he was shipping our finials over a month ago, but only shipped a partial shipment, which was less than half of our order. The finials were shipped in flimsy flat rate boxes that arrived completely ripped apart with finials falling out, and some were rusty and have secondary drill marks in them. Beware! Not Worth The Hassle. – We had a nearly 1.5-year saga with Scott and our order for a small fence that was finally delivered after we threatened a lawsuit. At the beginning, he was available practically 24/7 to help us through the process. He would call daily in case we had any questions. Literally the second after we gave him our several thousand dollar downpayment, "poof!", it was nearly impossible to get a hold of him.
