My dad saw Dr. Liendo and she was the most compassionate and caring doctor we have met. My dad’s sleep has significantly improved and she helped him be more compliant with his mask by listening to him and figuring out it was a sizing issue. Forever grateful! She is a gift on this earth! It’s been so hard to find the right doctor.
Husband saw Dr Liendo beginning of December. Said she wanted a sleep study done. Called them because the sleep center never received orders. After 6 different calls, messages and no responses from them, we emailed nurse which I’m sure she won’t even respond. Why even pretend to care for patients if you have no desire to do followup care? Begging for orders on tests YOU wanted done is not the way you should give patient care. I’m finding this is par for the course in this city. Figure it out! Dr Melo and his staff are the best. His staff is polite, friendly and always so helpful. Dr Melo will spend time to make sure I understand the results of test, how to care for my pulmonary issues and answer any questions I have He is one of the few doctors who listens to me rather than typing on his computer He gives his patients his complete attention during the visit Rare to find a doctor like Dr Melo
Dr. Thota and his team are awesome. I’m really happy with my care and treatment and I feel better.
This review is more towards the follow-up service. I have been waiting over a week for the office to provide approval on a prescription they issued. I have called and left VMs with the assigned nurse for over a week and only got a callback after escalating to the assistant manager. This has been a frustrating experience.
