I’ve had nothing but issues at this office!!! I call to talk to the nurse I’ve left numerous voicemails that never get returned. Stuff that needs to get faxed never does. I have to be on top of this office about everything. I don’t even trust them to simply fax something over smh!!! Don’t waste your time here!!! Go somewhere else where they care about you!!! I will be going elsewhere!!!!!
Dr. Melo is an excellent doctor along with his staff. Nurse Adrian is very compassionate and excellent as well. Dr. Melo takes care of all of my needs and answers all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Melo all of his patients are highly satisfied. Nurse Adrian was tremendous.
Been trying to schedule an my first appointment several times. I call and they transfer me to another department. They never answer or call back. Started to read reviews and see many complaints about their service. I’m calling my doctor to schedule me some where else.
Literally the worst medical practice I've ever had to deal with. First doctor I saw was nice, but before our follow-up I got an email saying he was no longer seeing patients. Referred me to someone in the practice with appointment several months off. Today, six days from meeting her, got a voice mail saying she is no longer "accepting new patients," call for another referral. Sent me to the wrong office once across town, when I arrived they said the doctor wasn't in that office today and offered no alternatives. Never answer... read more
I have seen Dr. Jairo Melo for almost 10 years and he never fails to amaze me with his knowledge and compassion. He consistently goes OVER AND ABOVE to take care of my medical needs. I highly recommend Dr. Melo and his entire staff. In one word, they are just the BEST.
