My First Time to this office and so far they are amazing and they are really on top of there profession .
This place has got to be the the worst excuse for a medical facility! I was referred to them to get a sleep study done. Initially it took months to get in to see someone. Once I actually saw someone, they had to refer me out again because they don't actually do their own sleep studies. They referred me out to yet a third party who after about two months, mailed me a pulse oximeter. I slept with this for two nights and called to ensure that the data had uploaded to them. I had a positive experience with the doctor I saw at this practice—she listened attentively and took the time to answer all of my questions. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the office was frustrating and deeply disappointing. In early June, my doctor submitted a referral for an in-lab sleep study. She told me the sleep lab would contact me within about three weeks to schedule. Impossible to get an appointment. Phone goes directly to voice message...left 6 and never a call back.
After my visit today giving them one star is over rating them. I left there very disappointed on the Doctor that was "filling" in.
