My cardiologist / electrophysiologist officesent over a request for a sleep study after weeks of not hearing anything i called my cardiologist and they confirmed it was sent and the secretary made a comment this keeps happening. She said it might be faster if i call direct. I called texas ips and they confirmed they had received the request about 4 weeks prior and they were still processing and would call me back once done. Wonderful staff and Doctors ❤️Highly recommend
I’ve had my primary care doctor send a PET scan to this group 4 weeks ago. I called for an appointment twice nobody called me back to schedule an appointment to be seen. I want be called. This is unacceptable. My Primary Care Physician is Conviva in Rockport Texas. I expect your office to find my referral and call me by Tuesday the 24 of June. I could have cancer and you all don’t give a damn.
