DONT! I deal with 20 different Drs and offices for my special needs kid, myself and father. This is the worst staff I've ever come across. Rude, never call back, shrug off duties, just the most unprofessional clinic I've ever been to. My father was hospital administrator for the VA and were both dumb founded at how awful this place is run. But run yourself. They're my biggest problem literally in life right now. Crystal Rosas is a Medical Assistant (MA) at Texas IPS. She is phenomenal in her dedication to patient care and customer service. She is team oriented and invaluable to the organization. I wanted to share that I have been going to this office at Texas Ips Pulmonary care for a couple of years now and been seeing Dr. Amalakuhan. Office staff are great along with their MA’s. I couldn’t ask more for an excellent, attentive, caring and concern doctor. He knows his specialty and treats his patient with care. If anyone is looking for a pulmonologist this is the office to go to and to see him.
