Been waiting for my title for over five months…! Decided to drop in and see what was going on. Lily very helpful, and found out problem was on the state of Texas’ part. She cheerfully put in motion a duplicate title for me, at no charge, (even though it’s not Texas insurance express's fault) and let me know it would be in today towards the afternoon!
