I really wanted to like the office as I felt the staff and doctor were very responsive. The doctor has developed a branded skin care line, which although is quite expensive, I really like. I came in to get treatment for melasma. I was prescribed his branded medical line and medications not typical for the diagnosis, but figured this “world renowned” clinic and doctor knows what they are doing. Giving one star because I can’t give zero. Bedside manner is rude and cold. Came in for a rash (contact dermatitis) and Dr Ghohestani walks in and without introducing himself to me or welcoming me, looks at me and says you need to take your clothes off. Rude!! And the only place that I had the rash was on my neck. He was not warm and inviting. Didn’t feel anything but coldness. Then they tried to sell me $600 of products that I didn’t need for the rash.
