Well I had biopsy completed in June with follow up apt 3 weeks later plus a datscan . On follow up apt no calls to c x as. I results had come back. The datscan completed at Medical city Lewisville. After two weeks post the datscan again no results no notification to reschedule. Second apt two weeks later same situation no call no results. I called medical city and had them fax results but after an hour plus waiting for results I had to reschedule again. 1/5 stars I would not recommend this neurologist to anyone. The staff is incredibly difficult to get a hold of, and when I finally managed to schedule an appointment, they were rude and unprofessional. The doctor has put me through a barrage of tests, but after more than two months, I'm still experiencing the same symptoms with no relief. To make matters worse, the medication prescribed isn't working, and I'm being charged for more exams and follow-ups without any noticeable improvement. Dr. George was incredibly generous with his time and attention. He explained everything clearly and made sure both my mom and we as caregivers felt truly seen and supported. His care was thorough, thoughtful, and truly appreciated.
